The China Room

Something very interesting I found. Here is the "White House" china collection. Even the earliest presidents received government funds to purchase state china. Very suitable for state dinners and informal ones, too. Take a peek....

Thomas Jefferson

Woodrow Wilson

Ulysses Grant

Ronald Reagan

Harry Truman

James Madison

James Polk

George Washington

Benjamin Harrison

Abraham Lincoln

Franklin Roosevelt

And my lovely picks........
Some of my favorite patterns include Lenox, Villeroy & Boch, Kate Spade and Wedgewood. It's always a very special evening when you place these masterful pieces out for dinner. My favorite is the Royal Copenhagen which I am still collecting and just adore! Picking china is so personal --you really have to choose what you LOVE and not what you what you think is "nice." I think it's all in the pattern and color-- you will know when you find the right collection. Take a look at these.....
